UCM Home Care Services support individuals who prefer to remain in the comfort of their homes while receiving professional care. Our skilled caregivers are committed to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Our home care services include, but not limited to:

  • Performing light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, and organizing

  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if needed

  • Washing and folding laundry, including bedding and clothing

  • Running errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized living environment

Companion Care

Loneliness and social isolation can greatly impact mental well-being. UCM Companion Care Services aim to alleviate these feelings by offering friendly companionship, engaging activities, and meaningful conversation. We believe that building trusting relationships is essential in enhancing the overall quality of life. Our companion care services include, but not limited to:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations and social activities

  • Accompanying clients on walks or outdoor activities

  • Providing companionship during meals or leisure time

  • Playing games, reading, or watching favorite shows together

  • Escorting clients to appointments or social events

Personal Care

We understand the challenges that can arise when it comes to personal care. Our compassionate team members offer assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene. UCM Personal Care Services prioritize individual preferences and promote independence while providing the necessary support. Some of our personal care services include, but not limited to:

● Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming

● Supporting mobility and transfers, including bed-to-chair transitions

● Helping with toileting and incontinence care

● Monitoring and reminding clients to take medications

Cognitive Care
